Why should you use an end grain board?

This is my explanation.

(The little bamboo face grain chopping board was left in my washing up bowl after a camping weekend with friends and is not one of mine!!!)

The most common chopping board is aplastic chopping board and I cant stress how bad they are. Many studies show petrochemicals used are causing huge hormonal dysfunction, lower testosterone and a huge reduction in the sperms rate. Literally they are causing the downfall of the human race. Google it!

I wish i had brought a little chopping board with me to this Airbnb! I will never travel w8thout one again!
