150m asphalt complete strip and renew including new fascia and guttering, small areas of rotten timber was found once we stripped the old asphalt roof off so that had to be replaced using 18mm osb.

28m strip and renewal completed last week in Brighton, insulated using 120mm thermaroof insulation stuck down on a vapour barrier using hot bitumen, 3 layer high performance torch on felt system stuck over the insulation,
Code 4 lead flashings fixed in using lead clips then seald with lead mastic.

New 35m mastic asphalt flat roof completed in Horsham last week, all detail prepared with black sheathing felt and metal lath before applying 3 coats of asphalt then joined to the asphalt flat with a solid asphalt fillet, builder will fit the skylights and apply the solar reflective paint once the tiling is complete.

70m strip and renew completed in worthing a few weeks ago, half the area also had to be re boarded using 18mm osb due to finding old chipboard underneath the existing felt covering, a new felt flat roof was installed using a iko vented base layer with a 3mm iko sbs premium underlay then a 4mm tecnatorch charcoal mineral cap sheet .
