Design development for a family home requiring a rear kitchen dining extension with pantry, WC & utility rooms, new porch, entrance lobby, stairwell & rumpus room.
The first floor reconfiguration providing new bathroom, study & bedroom.
A zinc clad garden facing dormer loft conversion will provide a master bedroom with on-suite, built-in cupboards & eaves storage.

Solar panels, an air source heat pump, an EV charger point & rainwater harvesting tank complete the design.

A truly enjoyable project heading towards a planning application.

A current project to remove an existing garage allowing for additional accommodation for disability use, providing an en-suite, utility and sun lounge whilst increasing circulation in the dining area.
Sustainable tech. will assist with the future needs include an EV charger point, air source heat pump, solar panels and rainwater harvesting.
