The flexibilty & responsiveness of being able to sketch ideas out for clients, to build upon & enhance the design, gaining solid client engagement and ownership throughout the process makes for an extremely enjoyable project. Something that would be easily lost in translation through 3D/AI.

Planning approval received this afternoon for a garden room in Hove.

Projects of this scale are fantastic fun but can be just as involved as producing a new build home, mainly due to negotiating local planning policy.

The build consists of a masonry base with dark grey corrugated metal cladding, a warm deck flat roof and skylight.
The main hobby space will have a fixed writing deck and soft furnishing with an adjoining wash room.
