I can't recommend Brighton Boiler Man highly enough. Evita and Lewis came to service our gas fire but unexpectedly discovered a gas leak. They were absolutely exceptional in how they dealt with it, carefully finding the leak and making everything safe. They were really carful and respectful throughout. They had to lift floorboards and carpet to find the leak, but once they'd finished, they put everything back so neatly that you genuinely wouldn't have known they'd been there. Both Evita and Lewis were incredibly personable, professional and empathetic, taking the time to explain everything. They were punctual, kept us informed of when they were on their way, which was greatly appreciated. A genuinely lovely team who went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A lovely review from one of our customers 😁

The guys were great today I’m super happy with what they did, they were friendly and did a really neat job. They removed my old immersion heater and installed a new electric heater, everything was handled including removing the airing cupboard and consideration about aesthetics. It's hard to find tradespeople who truly care and take the time to do a good job, would highly recommend these guys. The price was fair, you get what you pay for and this was worth it, thank you! 🙏

Another great job completed this week by the Brighton Boiler Man team 👨‍🔧🔥

This one was a tricky boiler installation in Kemp Town, Brighton, which required some careful planning. The gas run had to pass through a communal area, so we used TracPipe to ensure the installation met the correct safety standards while keeping everything as neat and tidy as possible. The pipework will also be boxed in, leaving a clean final finish for the property.

We installed a Worcester Bosch 4000 with a long flue, giving the customer a reliable and efficient heating system backed by a 10-year parts and labour warranty.

To make sure the whole system runs at its best, we also carried out a full power flush and fitted new TRVs on the radiators for improved control and efficiency.

Another home in Kemp Town, Brighton now warm, efficient, and ready for the years ahead.

The Brighton Boiler Man team have been working very locally in Hanover, Brighton this week, relocating a boiler to ensure it now has the correct manufacturer clearances and safe access for future servicing.

The previous position simply didn’t allow the proper space required around the appliance — which can affect safety, servicing, and even warranty compliance. We repositioned the boiler to a fully compliant location, giving it the correct clearances for ventilation, maintenance and long-term reliability.
