A lovely big wardrobe for a lovely local couple. Having lived with an Ikea flatpack for a while, this was a definite upgrade. Built to their exact specification, it features plenty of hanging space, push to open and soft close drawers, plus plenty of shelves and storage for larger items. The stairs going to the loft extension made for some tricky angles and a funky little door which is also push to open but with a cabinet k**b on the opposite side to keep the look. The wardrobe was made with moisture resistant MDF (better for taking paint) and the doors and drawers have the ever brilliant Blum UK hardware. This was a fun one! I’ve been wanting to do a DJ desk and vinyl storage for a while and this one didn’t disappoint! A head scratcher project from the start (just how I like ‘em), it’s designed for a bay window so has a hexagonal base with a CNC cut octagonal top to set the decks and mixer in for a clean finish. It’s made from birch ply, on wheels to take the party where you want and with a built in cable tidy solution, this is a cool and practical way to store a large vinyl collection! Not all projects are about the money. I was so proud to make these planters (painted by the kids) for my daughter’s school year 6 legacy project. Carlton Hill Primary has been a part of our lives for 12 years so it was fantastic to give a little something back. I’ll be sad to not be walking through those gates anymore, but leave with so many happy memories of such a wonderful school. Thank you to all of the incredible teachers and support staff who have given both my kids the best start to their education 🙏

A few jobs for a lovely couple who bought their house about a year ago. They needed more storage so an alcove cupboard and shelving plus a handy bit of bay storage later and bingo! The bay and wardrobe have matching shaker styles and all mounted on hardware for a smooth finish. The bay seat and shelving had some tricky scribing but that’s the kind of thing I love in my job… a challenge 🤓 Bring back the sunshine and have a good week everyone ✌️
