Since calling Stephen the communications, punctuality and service has been exceptional.
Email confirming appointment followed by text to advise he was on his way and how long he would be (including tracker to follow his progress). Polite and friendly at the door, introduced himself and brought all tools in. Got on with his job advising what he was checking for (fortunately no issues). Polished stove, cleaned up, provided certificate, put annual reminder in his system to remind me (grateful) provided electronic receipt and off he went. FIRST CLASS, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.'

🔥 Swept-Ember 🔥

It's September and sweeping season is in full swing. Stephen is out sweeping every day and I know it's only the beginning of September but we already have VERY limited appointments for the end of October and I haven't even sent out the October customer reminders 😱

So if you know you're due in October and haven't booked in yet, don't wait much longer 😊

One question we get asked all the time is will he make any mess?
As you can see from the photos, Stephen prides himself on leaving your house with no sign he's even been, apart from that super sparkly stove of course!

Clean chimney, clean home, happy customers, because nobody wants soot all over their living room 😂

The other day we posted saying August was full and September was getting busy, you got the memo and now September is almost full so if you know you need your sweep don't delay to get booked in!

Emergency call out last night for a bird stuck in a chimney, Stephen's speciality!

He looks pretty shocked by his rescue, maybe he liked it in there, but the homeowner didn't 😂

Cowl recommended to prevent it happening again!
