Brockmoor Project Update 🔨🔥

Another stage completed on the Brockmoor project!

✅ All skirting board and architrave now finished
✅ 3 new fire doors completed
✅ Fire door hardware and seals fitted
✅ Finishing touches bringing everything together

Now it’s time to move on to the next stage — swapping out the existing fire doors and bringing the rest of the property up to the required standard.

🔨 DAY 3 – BROCKMOOR PROJECT 🔨

Day three and today’s weapon of choice… 🔴 the Milwaukee mitre saw! ⚡

Today was all about SKIRTING & ARCHITRAVE — getting those cuts spot on, those joints tight and the finish crisp. 👌

It’s the skirting and architrave that really frames a room and gives the whole job that clean, professional finish. 💯

Lots of measuring, cutting and fitting today, but when it all comes together, the difference is massive! 🔥

👀 Day 3 complete… and the Brockmoor transformation is really starting to take shape!

🔨 Brockmoor Project – Day 2 Update

Another productive day on our Brockmoor project. 💪

Today we’ve completed the partition boarding and installed all the new door linings, bringing the new layout to life and giving a real sense of how the finished space will look.

The project is now ready for the plasterer, with second-fix carpentry set to commence as soon as the plastering is complete.

Every stage is carried out with precision and attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish from start to finish.

Day 1 complete – Brockmoor Project 🔨

A great first day on site with the team.

We started with an open-plan space and by the end of the day the new partition walls were framed out and the layout was taking shape.

Plenty more to come over the next few days as we continue transforming this commercial space.
