🌿 A little insight into the team at TP Gardening Services 🌿
As the gardening season gets busier, our diary fills up quickly, so if you’re thinking about having work carried out, we always recommend booking in advance where possible.
Many of you only see Thomas and Wayne on-site, but there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly!
TP Gardening Services is a small, family-run business owned by Thomas. Alongside running the business, Thomas is also a family man with a young son who has just turned two. His wife runs her own business too, so life is certainly busy for them both!
Thomas works on-site every weekday, usually alongside Wayne as a dedicated two-man team. Depending on the size and requirements of the job, they may also be joined by other trusted individuals with the right skills and expertise to ensure every job is completed to the highest standard.
Behind the scenes is Terri, a family friend who manages the admin from home. From answering enquiries and booking jobs to preparing quotes, sending invoices and keeping the diary organised, there’s always plenty to do. Terri is also juggling family life with her husband and their two children, one of whom is just 18 months old.
We’re a small team with busy lives, but we genuinely care about providing a great service. We work hard to keep on top of bookings, enquiries, quotes and invoices as efficiently and as quickly as possible. If you’re waiting to hear from us, please know we haven’t forgotten you—we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.
And finally… if you happen to call Terri and can hear Disney songs in the background, the odd nursery rhyme, or an 18-month-old making their thoughts known, that’s just part of the charm of a small family business! 🎶👶 We promise we’re still listening and doing our best to help.
