Another successful concrete flooring project completed by the JSR team in Worcester 👷‍♂️💪

Last week, we were tasked with installing a new concrete floor within a busy working factory, with the main challenge being to complete the works while other areas of the facility continued operating at full capacity.

To minimise disruption, the JSR team safely secured and isolated the area requiring the new floor, allowing the client’s wider operations to continue while we carried out the works.

By working closely with the client and carefully planning the project around their operational requirements, we were able to deliver the new floor safely, efficiently and within the required time constraints.

A great example of how we work alongside our customers to find the most effective solutions, while keeping safety and productivity at the forefront of every project. 👏

Retaining Wall Progress 🧱

Another project progressing well for the JSR Construction team in Bridgnorth.

The back shuttering is now complete, with the steel reinforcement carefully installed and ready for the next stage of the works. This retaining wall requires a strong and robust structure, with the reinforcement and formwork providing the foundations for the concrete pour to come.

Great progress from the team on site, with plenty more to come as we move towards the next phase.

Another busy week on site for the JSR team, this time in Droitwich 👷‍♂️💪

Earlier this week, the team were hard at work laying an impressive 100m³ of new concrete yard for one of our customers.

The video showcases the full team effort, from pouring the concrete through to achieving a level, smooth finish using our in-house S-15R laser screed machine, with the team also manually levelling and finishing the concrete where required.

A great combination of machinery, expertise and teamwork to deliver another high-quality concrete yard.

Brilliant work from everyone involved, and we can’t wait to share the finished product once the project is complete! 👏

Another update from our Worcester refurbishment project 👷‍♂️

The project continues to move forward, with the JSR team now completing the steel painting inside the unit, giving the existing structure a fresh and professional finish.

Ground preparation is also now complete, with the site ready for the next stage — pouring the new concrete slab.

With the roofing works completed and the internal refurbishment progressing well, the transformation of this industrial unit is really starting to take shape. 👏

Great progress continues on our refurbishment project in Worcester 👏

The existing asbestos roof has now been safely removed and replaced with a new insulated composite panel roofing system, giving the building a modern, durable, and energy-efficient upgrade.

Inside the unit, painting works are well underway, while preparations have also begun for the reinforced concrete slab overlay, bringing us another step closer to completing this full industrial refurbishment.

The existing roof has now been fully stripped, with safety netting and scaffolding installed to prepare for the next phase of works.

The team is now ready to begin installing the new insulated roof sheets from Monday, delivering a modern, energy-efficient roofing solution for our client.

The finishing touches are now underway at our industrial unit project in Stafford 👷‍♂️

The JSR team is currently completing the external works package, including drainage installation, kerbing, and porous paving to create a functional, durable, and sustainable finished environment for our client.

Another exciting project underway for the JSR team 🔨

We are currently removing the existing roof cladding from an industrial unit as part of a full refurbishment project for one of our valued clients. The old roofing system will be replaced with new insulated composite cladding, providing a modern, durable, and energy-efficient finish.

Once the roofing works are complete, we’ll be overlaying the existing floor slab with a reinforced concrete slab finished with a high-quality power float surface — helping transform the unit into a fully upgraded industrial space ready for continued use.
