3 things, all quick fixes but just not right.

1. Exposed red and blacks, plus wire nuts this is England 2025!

2. No enclosure protecting connection from the elements.

3. Missing gas bonding clamp.

All items noted following routine EICR, part of keeping current instructions maintained and safe.
