⚡ Consumer Unit Upgrade Completed in Bridgend! 🔌🏡
Another electrical safety upgrade completed yesterday by Richardson Electrical Services, helping to keep our customers’ homes safe and ready for the future.
This one presented a bit of a challenge! existing consumer unit was recessed and buried into the plaster, making a straightforward replacement difficult. However, by carefully selecting and installing a larger consumer unit, we were able to overcome the issue and achieve a neat, professional finish while upgrading the electrical protection throughout the property. 💪
✅ Full RCBO protection – upgrading from partial RCD protection to individual RCBO protection for each circuit.
✅ Surge protection – helping protect electrical equipment against damaging voltage surges.
✅ Spare ways for future use – providing additional capacity for future electrical installations and alterations.
✅ Improved electrical safety – upgraded protection designed to meet the relevant requirements of BS 7671.
As a NICEIC Approved Contractor, Richardson Electrical Services takes pride in delivering safe, compliant and professional consumer unit upgrades, fuse board replacements and electrical installations throughout Bridgend and the surrounding areas.
