WE ARE HIRING AN ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Your duties will include:
-Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and timely manner
-Organising and scheduling appointments
-Sorting and answering emails
-Sending Invoices and receipts
-Scheduling team meetings
-Ensuring the office runs smoothly
-Responding to questions and requests from our plumbers and engineers
Requirements:
-Confidence to communicate efficiently
-Good IT Skills to use our digital booking system (Training will be provided)
-Experience using Apple software but not essential
-Attention to detail
-Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
-Previous experience in an admin role
-The ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Basic knowledge of the industry/services but not essential
Working hours 9am-5pm. Happy to discuss part time role if required. Office based role in Bridgend.
Salary: Based on experience and to be discussed
