NEXTA Connect

A few photos from an older structured cabling project. This kind of cabinet work is still one of the parts of the job I enjoy most.

A few photos from some office cabling work we’ve done.

The data cables were routed under the raised floor and brought back to the network cabinets. Most of this work disappears once the floor goes back down, so I thought it was worth sharing.

My team and I work with structured cabling, fibre, Wi-Fi, network cabinets, testing and general site support.

If anyone is planning an office fit-out or needs additional cabling engineers in London or elsewhere in the UK, feel free to drop me a message.

Good network cabling should be neat, labelled, tested and ready for the equipment you actually use.

NEXTA Connect installs Cat6, Cat6A and fibre infrastructure for homes and small businesses, including data sockets, patch panels, network cabinets, Wi-Fi access point cabling, IP cameras, PoE connections and fibre testing.

Every installation is planned around the property and handed over cleanly and professionally.

A garden office should not have to depend on a weak signal from the house or an unreliable Wi-Fi extender.

NEXTA Connect installs proper wired internet connections from the house to garden offices, garages and other outbuildings. We can add Ethernet sockets and a dedicated Wi-Fi access point, then test everything before handover.

For external routes, we use UV-resistant outdoor-rated cable. For underground installations, we use direct-burial-rated cable or protective ducting. Standard internal cable is never used outdoors.

Send us a few photos of the house, garden route and outbuilding for an initial quotation:

Fast broadband at the router does not always mean reliable Wi-Fi throughout the property.

NEXTA Connect designs and installs professional networks for homes, garden offices and small businesses across Essex and London.

We provide professional Wi-Fi access points, Cat6 and Cat6A cabling, wired connections, network cabinets, IP CCTV cabling and full testing.

Your provider gets broadband to the property. We get a stable connection to every room, office and camera.

Poor Wi-Fi is rarely just an internet problem.

In many homes and small businesses, the broadband speed is fine — the real issue is poor access point placement, thick walls, interference, overloaded channels or a lack of proper cabling.

NEXTA now provides professional Wi-Fi and network solutions for homes and businesses across London, Essex and the surrounding areas.

We can help with:

Wi-Fi coverage surveys and heatmaps
Dead zones and weak signal areas
Home office and garden office connectivity
Ethernet and Cat6 installation
Professional Wi-Fi access points
PoE switches and network equipment
CCTV and smart-home connectivity
Network optimisation and troubleshooting

Our approach is simple:

Survey → Diagnose → Design → Install → Test

We do not rely on temporary Wi-Fi boosters. We build reliable wired and wireless networks designed around the property and the way the client actually uses it.

If your Wi-Fi drops upstairs, video calls freeze, cameras disconnect or the garden office has poor coverage, we can inspect the network and recommend a practical solution.
