Another stage completed on this renovation project for local builder Sam Taylor 🔥

A lot of work gone into this one already with ceilings, walls and awkward angles all taking shape nicely now. Some big open areas skimmed out and started to come together really well 👌

Always good working alongside quality local trades and seeing the transformation progress week by week. Looking forward to seeing this one finished out.

Really enjoyed this one — nice vaulted ceiling with a high Velux window bringing loads of natural light into the space ☀️

Fresh skim throughout, all tied in clean and ready for decorating. The angles and height on this one definitely made it a bit different, but came out spot on in the end 👌

This is part of an ongoing project for John O’Donnelly in Brecon, great to be involved from start to finish on this one 👍

Full external render refresh on this one — bringing everything back together and giving it a clean, consistent finish right across the property.

The customer had been let down by two previous builders, so it was important to come in, get it done properly, and leave it right.

Really pleased with how this has turned out — nice clean lines, all tied in, and ready for the next stage.

Big transformation from where it started 👌
