On Tuesday morning, we hosted a networking breakfast with P+HS Architects ahead of Healthcare Estates .

It was a great way to start the week, with a brilliant turnout and plenty of good conversations over breakfast. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces, meet new people and give everyone a chance to catch up before the conference got underway.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and to P+HS Architects for hosting alongside us. We hope everyone had a great few days at Healthcare Estates.

Yesterday, our Senior Business Development Manager, Martin, and Business Development Manager, Lee, headed to Stratford-upon-Avon for this year’s Fire Station Design and Construction Workshop. 🚒

It was a great opportunity to catch up with people across the sector, share experiences and hear more about the challenges and priorities shaping fire station design.

Events like these offer a useful space to share knowledge and hear different perspectives on fire station design.

A great learning environment starts with the people who use it every day.

This World Teachers’ Day, we’re thinking about something that can sometimes be overlooked: the spaces teachers work in.

When Lendlease needed a high-specification sales and marketing suite for The International Quarter in East London, the building needed to do more than provide space.

It needed to reflect the vision of a vibrant, modern community and create the right first impression for potential investors and businesses.

Our solution was a bright, welcoming 100m² temporary marketing suite, delivered in just 10 weeks.

From the striking branded tower that acts as a beacon for visitors, to the open-plan interior designed to showcase the development, every detail was considered to make the space work hard.

Waste is often thought about once a building reaches site. But by then, many of the decisions that influence how much waste is created have already been made.

How we design, manufacture, transport and eventually reuse a building all have a part to play in reducing what ends up as waste.
