Fed up fitting the same combi boiler five times a week?
We're looking for a Commercial Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our team in Brampton. £35,000–£45,000 OTE, no cap on overtime.
The work is plant rooms, milking parlours, district heating, heat mains and biomass installs, across Cumbria, D&G, the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. Not a repetitive domestic boiler role.
Never worked on biomass? That's fine, we'll train you. We can teach the renewable tech. What matters is the practical engineering mindset: wanting to understand how the whole system works, not just swapping parts.
You'll get a company vehicle, phone and laptop, company pension, flexitime and additional holidays, manufacturer and renewables training, an on-site gym and parking, and a clear path from Engineer to Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Supervisor and into management.
Full UK driving licence essential. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience preferred.
