Happy Work Anniversary, Eugene!

Sixteen years says a lot about the trust he’s built and the value he adds.

Over the years, Eugene has managed a number of high-profile sites for us, a mixture of both commercial projects and residential projects, but his skill set is best suited to our high-profile residential schemes, including Caldy Baan in 2023, which was our biggest project to date at the time.

He is now on another single home scheme which is even bigger, bringing to that development his passion, attention to detail and a first-class service for our client.

There’s never any doubt that he is reliable, experienced, and always smiling when he’s on site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, managing office administrative tasks, and supporting the management team.

A few months ago, Overbanks in Stockport was a set of drawings.

Today, the Extension Block is approaching completion of its third floor, while first-fix M&E works are underway within the Conversion Block.

Construction often looks like brickwork, scaffolding and site cabins from the outside. What isn't always visible is the planning, coordination and expertise required to bring each stage together.

It's the result of hundreds of coordinated tasks, careful planning and a team committed to delivering quality at every stage.

Construction continues at pace within our High Lane development, with significant progress now visible across both the housing plots and apartment block. 🏗️

Latest progress includes:

🧱 House brickwork nearing completion
🏠 Roof structure works commencing soon
✨ Striking pressed metal cladding to define the contemporary design
🏢 Apartment block progressing through the final stage of brickwork before roof works begin

Week by week, the vision for these 22 luxury homes is becoming more visible as the development moves towards its next phase of construction.
