🔶 DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM RENOVATION 🔶

▪️ Our customer wanted to update their downstairs bathroom to get it ready for guests to use and make more use of the space by adding a shower.
▪️ We stripped the room back to the shell and installed a shower tray with a rustic green tile to compliment the brush brass detail.
▪️The room was completed with the same flooring that runs through the rest of the us, installed by us 👍🏼

We are carrying out more renovations on this property and can’t wait to share them with you 🤪

▪️We fitted this unique flooring at our customers house recently!
▪️These beautiful flooring tiles are from toppstiles Topps Tiles which are called Brunswick Oak!
▪️ We laid this throughout the whole downstairs area after ripping out the old flooring, levelling all floors throughout the hallway, kitchen and dining space and ensuring a smooth flow throughout.

▪️Our customer asked us to come and lay a new patio for them to make easier access for their cabin that they had been restoring themselves.
▪️We laid 600x900 porcelain slabs from jgardandsons
▪️We created a slope going up the side of the building to allow smoother access to the rear door for the shed area therefore customising the space to meet their requirements.

🔶TRACE AND ACCESS🔶

▪️We visited a client of ours to trace a leak they were experiencing that was affecting the commercial property below.
▪️We traced back to the leak entrance and found a faulty flexi hose pipe leading to the hot water supply for the bath which was a quick and easy fix to replace 😀
