Removal and replacement of fascia, soffit and guttering. 🔨
As you can see from the images the fascia and soffit had become rotten. This could have been caused by a number of factors from clogged gutters to the materials used.
To prevent from happening again we have used UPVC which is rot resistant material, that is completely weather resistant and generally more affordable than wood or aluminium.
And it looks great! 👍🏻
