Screedflo

Screedflo Mobile batched liquid screeding specialists serving Essex, Suffolk and the surrounding Home Counties. Our anhydrite screed carries the CE quality mark.

At Screedflo, we pride ourselves on the quality of service and products that we offer. We use computerized, strictly monitored on-site batching from our mobile batching plants. This ensures that the product is of a high quality and is not mixed until required on site. Our vehicles carry up to 9m³ of materials and with additional on-site refills can supply up to 40m³ screed per day. Not only do we

manufacture and supply anhydrite liquid screed in our own vehicles, but also have our own fully trained installers, who will visit site prior to screed installation to advise on any floor preparation issues. As a company we operate to strict quality standards that are independently monitored and certified.

Today we installed our Thermal Liquid Screed over underfloor heating at depths of 45–65mm.

Our Thermal Screed is designed to maximise the performance of underfloor heating systems, making it an excellent choice for homes heated by air source heat pumps, which typically operate at lower flow temperatures.

By flowing around every pipe, our liquid screed eliminates air pockets to provide excellent heat transfer. Plus, with just 20mm cover required over the pipes, heat reaches the floor surface more efficiently.

Volume Ordered : 10m³
Required on the day: 13m³

With an uneven slab and floor depths ranging from 50–75mm across 200m², it was difficult to estimate the volume of screed required.

We produce the screed as we go—batching exactly what's needed, so there is no waste.
