Lutron RA3 lighting control installed in a suite at The Fife Arms Hotel. This system allows for the guest to have lighting control to all lights and lamps in the rooms using keypads, remotes and app.

The hotel reception can also turn on the lights when the guest checks in ready for a warm welcome instead of housekeeping having to leave lights saving on energy.

The system was installed with no requirement for additional wiring saving on disruption to the room.

Braemar Care/BRG used grant funding to purchase a defibrillator for the Cardiac responders.
Braemar Mountain Sports purchased this outdoor cabinet to make the defibrillator publicly accessible and Techmarx undertook the electrical work to make it possible.

We love this bathroom refurbishment carried out in the Bynack apartment at Mar Lodge. Techmarx were just a little part of this one installing a new light, bathroom mirror and wifi towel radiator.

We have recently installed a new wifi network to Drynachan Shooting Lodge. The project involved us to design, install and commission a network which would provide a robust internet service to guests in this remote location which has in the past struggled with an adequate service. The internet is now provided by Starlink using Unifi Wifi 7 network for distribution. We have also installed a LoraWAN network to provide oil tank monitoring which will be displayed back at the estate office.
