Saturday morning repair 🛠 on this 16 year old Worcester.

Replacement on this occasion wasn't an option, and this old girl👵 still has some life in her yet.

Full strip down service carried out.
New flow manifold.
New gas tube.
New flow turbine adaptor.
New automatic air vent.
New electrodes.
New burner gasket.
Heat exchanger cleaned out. And all safety checks carried out.

One happy customer who no longer has a dangerous leaking boiler.

Boiler services are often not prioritised.🛠🔥

Leaving small issues that may not be visable to potentially turn into bigger ones.
Maintaining your boiler and central heating system will in the long run reduce any unexpected breakdowns leading to costly repairs.

For newer boilers its vital to have your boiler serviced annually to maintain the manufacturer's warranty. Having peace of mind knowing any repairs will be taken care of.

This boiler was loosing pressure, a couple of checks and a new straider valve and jobs a good un no more pressure drop a correctly inflated expansion vessel and a happy customer.

Out with the old in with the new.

Was called out to this boiler last week several issues reported, and upon further inspection I located a not so in tune brass band 😆 Boiler wasn't economical to repair. Customer just wanted a warm shower and agreed to me coming back and installing a brand new vaillant ecoTec plus 832 with 7 year warranty 🔧🔥

A couple of old gas fires removed and capped today for a customer in Queensbury. Building works can now progress further.

Boiler repair this morning for an old friend of mine Stephen Harrison. He contacted me last night with a faulty boiler which had explosive ignition 💥 leading too a complete lockout and failure of the electrodes meaning no heating or hot water. Back up and running in no time. Heating and hot water working again and a happy customer.
