Such a productive day today at Esholt. We had 7 volunteers attending, so got stuck into to some heavier work. We dodged a couple of showers & did some perennial kale cuttings in the greenhouse.
Thanks everyone for all your help today!!

With the warm October weather, I am getting a spring time urge to plant seeds.
Experimenting with hardy annuals & biennials is trial & error at this time of year but hey my hollyhock seedlings are doing great.
Lots of lingering flowers and prolific self seeding going on.
Thanks Meg for capturing some of the colours, shapes & textures today.

What an absolutely scorcher of a day today!
New paths with cardboard & woodchip, lifting & dividing plants, starting a new deadhedge, potting on perennials that have self seeded, harvesting perennial kale, weeding and dried flower arranging. Thank you for everyone's help today 🙏
