🔧 Broken Thermostat Replaced in Saltaire, BD18

A slightly unusual call-out in Saltaire this week!

The tenant was moving out of the property and unfortunately the thermostat had been broken off the wall, leaving the heating controls damaged.

We attended the property, removed the damaged thermostat, checked the wiring and fitted a replacement before testing the heating system to make sure everything was operating correctly again.

Another rental property sorted and ready for its next tenant. 👍

Called back to a boiler we installed last year due to poor hot water flow.

After a full investigation, we discovered an old pressure reducing valve hidden away in a kitchen cupboard that had become faulty and was restricting the flow.
