For this one, I let Connor take the lead and he absolutely smashed it. 👏🏻

Like the saying goes:

“Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach him to fish and he will eat for life.” 🎣

Full stone ridge repointing completed, along with the cement cloaking around the base of the chimney being removed and replaced with a neat 3:1 ratio mix. 🧱

It’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about passing on the knowledge, building confidence and giving the lads the opportunity to develop their skills. 🧠

Another little repair completed and brought back up to scratch. 💎

3 damaged planks of cladding removed and replaced with Golden Oak uPVC cladding, giving the area a much neater and cleaner finish. ✨

Sometimes it’s the small jobs that make the biggest difference! 🤩

🔨 Small Repair, Big Difference! 🔨

Another small repair completed by D O’Connor Roofing.

This job involved removing a small section of rotten timber, replacing it with new timber, painting it black to match the existing finish, and securely reattaching it back into position.

🏠 ROOF REPAIR COMPLETED 🏠

Another roof brought back into shape with a few important repairs carried out to help protect the property from the elements.

Works completed :-

• Removed old cement pointing and replaced with a 3:1 cement mix, finished to a neat standard.

• Removed old chimney cement cloaking and replaced with new 3:1 cement.

• Removed broken Yorkshire stone slates and replaced with reclaimed Yorkshire stone slates, carefully matched to the existing roof.

• All waste materials removed from site.

• Full before & after photos provided to the client.

🏠 ANOTHER ROOFING JOB COMPLETED! 🏠

- Removed old cemented angle-capped ridge tiles and installed a maintenance-free dry ridge system.
- Removed a bodged section of approximately 1sqm, then re-felted, re-lathed and re-tiled with Rosemary tiles.
- Removed the old cemented verge and installed a maintenance-free linear dry verge system.
-Installed a chimney cowl cap over the chimney pot
- Replaced broken tiles with new Rosemary tiles
- All waste materials removed from site
