The customer reported significant water ingress within the porch area. Upon inspection, it was identified that the existing leadwork had failed and was no longer providing adequate protection. The defective lead was carefully removed and replaced with new lead flashing, which was extended appropriately to ensure full coverage and restore a watertight seal to the roof.

We attended to a roof leak along the ridge of the property where a vent tile was causing water to get in. I removed the old vent tile, repaired the felt underneath with new material, and installed two new vent tiles. The ridge was then re-mucked and secured back in place, leaving the roof properly sealed and watertight.
