𝐒𝐢𝐱 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬. 𝟏𝟐 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬. 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫.🏫👷‍♂️

Today was a little different. We downed tools at lunchtime, sat around the table together, had some food, a drink and a chance to finally take a breath.

This has probably been the busiest six-week holiday period we’ve ever had as a business, delivering projects across schools all over Warwickshire.

It hasn’t always been easy. There’s been a lot of pressure, tight deadlines and plenty of long days. Some of the lads have even given up parts of their weekends to help get projects over the line.

But throughout it all, the team have shown hard work, professionalism and real commitment.

Today was simply my way of saying thank you.

I’m genuinely proud of what we’ve achieved together over the last six weeks, and this photo is a nice reminder of the people behind it all. 💪

A massive thank you to the whole team — you’ve been brilliant.

Now… I think we’ve earned a little breather! 😂

👏 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗠! 👏

A few months ago, Liam joined 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 on a full-time basis, and what a great addition he’s been! 👌🎨

From day one, he’s 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻, 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿. 💪

He’s settled into the team really well, takes pride in his work and, most importantly, has the right attitude. 🙌

This weekend he even gave up his 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 to come in and help us get jobs over the line — and that sort of commitment doesn’t go unnoticed. 👏🔥

We always say that 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁, and we’re genuinely proud to have Liam as part of the WDC team. 💙

Here’s to many more years, plenty of hard work and hopefully a few more Sundays off! 😂

This week has made me one very proud dad. ❤️

Felicia has officially completed her first full week working with me – five full days at just 11 years old.

Every morning she's been up early, ready to come to work. This morning I even said, "Do you want to stay at home today?" Her answer was, "No, I want to come." 🥹

She's worked hard, listened, got stuck in, and loved every minute of it. She's even earned herself £140 pocket money this week, and seeing how excited and proud she is to earn it herself has been amazing.

More than anything, I've loved spending this time with her. Having my beautiful daughter by my side has been something really special, and I couldn't be prouder of the young lady she's becoming.

The best part? This isn't the end. I've already offered her the chance to come back and earn some more pocket money... and I don't think it took her more than two seconds to say 𝗬𝗲𝘀! ❤️

Here's to making more memories together.

🎒 𝟭𝟬 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀, 𝟲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀, 𝟮 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘀!🏫

With the summer holidays officially starting next week, the 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 team is gearing up for our busiest time of the year! We have over 10 different schools to transform across Warwickshire before the bell rings for the new term in September.

To help us smash through the massive workload, we’ve drafted in some very special backup.
These two are joining the crew over the six-week break to earn some pocket money and get some hands-on experience. They are already looking the business in their brand-new custom company hoodies!

It is going to be a busy summer, but there is nothing better than teaching the next generation the value of hard work and having them alongside the team. Welcome to the crew, kids! 🎨✨

🚧𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 – 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻-𝗼𝗻-𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁🚧

We're delighted to share the transformation of the external fire escape at the main Green King offices in Burton-on-Trent.

The existing coating system had deteriorated significantly and required a full refurbishment. Working safely from a cherry picker, with surrounding areas fully cordoned off throughout the project, our team carried out the following:

✅ Full jet wash and surface preparation
✅ 1 coat of Dulux Trade Zinc Phosphate Primer
✅ 2 coats of Dulux Trade Metalshield in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey
✅ Step edges highlighted in yellow to improve visibility and safety

The result is a durable, high-quality finish that not only transforms the appearance of the structure but also improves safety for everyone using the fire escape.
A massive credit to the lads on site for their hard work, professionalism and attention to detail on this project. The finish achieved is something we're extremely proud of. 👏

Big thanks to Dulux Trade for supplying a coating system that delivers both performance and a fantastic finish.

Another successful project in the books! 🏠✨

We’ve just completed the redecoration of all the sash windows, fascias, and soffits at Elizabeth House in Stratford-upon-Avon. It’s especially rewarding to finally see these with the scaffolding down, showcasing all that fine detail.

We greatly value the trust built with our long-standing commercial clients. It’s a privilege to work together for many years to maintain and restore such beautiful, important properties. 🎨🤝

We’re proud to be back at Warwick Independent School this week! We’ve been working with the school for many years now, and we truly value the trust they place in us to carry out high-quality work while the campus is open.

We’re currently refreshing their sports facilities, including these two squash courts. We’re using high-performance squash court paint to ensure a durable, professional finish. It’s great to keep these facilities in top shape for the students and staff! 🎨

📍 Oxford Project Complete

While most of our work is across Warwickshire, we're always happy to support our long-standing commercial clients wherever their projects take us.
For this office refurbishment in Oxford, we carried out the taping and jointing of newly installed partition walls before preparing and decorating the space. The addition of bold feature walls has helped transform the office into a fresh, modern working environment.

It's always rewarding to see a project come together and even more so when working with clients who continue to trust us with their projects year after year.
