Thank you to Baker Home Developments & union_architecture for allowing us to work with them on another 2 More beautiful properties on Twemlow Avenue. Every one of their projects have had a different aesthetic and feel rather than homogenous copy and paste bathrooms. Bespoke oversized basins by Cosentino UK in the stunning Lucid x-gloss, the new Kono Brushed Bronze brassware collection by JTP and Made to Order furniture by Codis to the clients specification! Some real thought has gone in to this one!

We’re currently supplying the bathrooms for a truly one-of-a-kind new build in Warsash, Hampshire, right on the water.

The nautical-inspired design is stunning, and it was fantastic to be back on site this morning to see the project progressing and measure up the glass for the bathrooms.

There’s something really rewarding about seeing a project move from drawings and specifications into something you can actually walk through — especially when the setting is as incredible as this one.

We can’t wait to see the finished bathrooms come together.

Amazing to work with this wonderful family company on their project in Ringwood. Our team really enjoyed the design process which involved the full layouts, tiles and Sanitaryware supply. Premium Brands such as Duravit along with reeded brushed black Brassware from JTP gave a clean contemporary feel to the project!! We really look forward to working with you on the next one!

With ever more emphasis on Luxury Detail our clients approached us with a brief of improving the overall aesthetic and quality of the bathrooms within their current budgets. One of the houses had been sold and we worked closely with the purchaser. Over several design meetings we ran through every detail from mix of materials, samples and colour palettes etc down to zoning each area through differentiating tiles schemes. The client had a major input into the whole design process.

The other plot was for either for the developer or private sale. Again, the brief was quality brands and materials and within the original Budget. This needed to be different from the sold plot as these were unique properties. The developer wanted to ensure the use of known luxury brands and to re look at the layouts to maximise the rooms potential. These will be stunning.
