One side completely failed due to nails degrading and suffering from nail rot.

We removed the failed side
Renewed the timber fascia also adding a upvc fascia and new guttering

Installed new breathable felt underlay
New battens and re-used the original tiles

Re-roof Completed on this lovely bungalow in ferndown recently using sandtoft danum tle tiles

All mechanically fixed dry verge and ridge system for longetivity

We had to rebuild the small gable timber work above the valleys as these completely failed causing sagged timber and ridgeline

Needless to say the end result looks fantastic and comes with a 10year one warranty supplied by the suppliers

"Green roof" safe to say we caught this one in time the build up of growth on this flat roof alone added extra weight and so did the 1.5tonne of shingle also

We removed this removed the failed felt and installed a premium torch on felt system issuing a 10-year guarantee

The owners were extremely grateful for the hard work we put in on this one
