I FOUND THIS today in a customers kitchen !!!

A set of recessed down-lighters installed by the tenants Builder / Friend.

If you look closely you’ll see the Earth wires have been cut back and not connected to either the metal light fitting or each other,

leaving this light and the other five lights Un-Earthed !

which for the non technically minded is like driving your car with the brake lines cut !
