The difference pointing can make to the aesthetic look of a property can often be overlooked, however, on this project the brickwork has been left ready for us to point the wall to the customers' preference.
The photo shows the wall before and after pointing work which we hope you will agree is transformational.

It's been a pleasure to re-point The Saxon Centre (next to the Fountain Roundabout, Christchurch) which has completely revitalised this prominent building in the centre of Christchurch.
If you take a closer look at the pictures you can see the bottom area prior to being pointed in provides the perfect 'before and after' or how the new pointing has transformed the building and will protect if for many more years to come.
It's certainly been one of the noisier more hectic locations we have worked at - is this the busiest roundabout in Dorset? - with a driver's horn being sounded at least every 30 seconds and plenty of near-misses to 'entertain' us! :-)

We're pleased to have finally started an interesting re-pointing project on a listed Edwardian building at St.James Close, Poole.

We've been working closely with Poole Planning & Conservation Department on the rectifiction of this building since first providing an 'Expert Witness' report back in 2017.
The building had previously been incorrectly pointed using a cement mortar to a poor standard by a previous company.
On discovery of this, Poole Conservation Department insisted that the pointing was replaced using the correct construction materials.

We're always happy to assist and by using a Lime mortar (no cement) and a pointing style commensurate with the original construction we look forward to restoring this beautiful building to it's original splender.

Repointing and stonework repair on large Edwardian property:
The job included period-appropriate lime mortar pointing across front and side elevations and extensive stonework repair to lintels, sills and quoins. Karl and Marek showed an amazing level of care and attention to detail and the finish was superb. The flush lime mortar finish to the pointing makes such a difference along with their clean tidy approach. Marik's stonework left such clean lines and with the underlying pinning of the stones etc and level of expertise, it left no doubt that we got the right team on the job. Great guys to have around and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them highly.

Cavity cleared out and new Cavity Tray Installed above lower ground floor window. Colour matched a couple of replacement bricks and Re-point in a Natural Hydraulic Lime Mortar (1910 property). All finished to a very high standard. All finished in a day.Polite and professional - would thoroughly recommend Perfect Pointing.

Perfect Pointing were exceptional. Garry was informative and thorough when explaining the issues that had occurred and why. His explanation of the works that needed to be carried out was very detailed. The team who came to do the work were really excellent, courteous to our residents, understanding of the environment they were working in. The finished result was really amazing and we are thrilled with the result.
