I’m looking for a 1-bedroom flat for a long-standing tenant of mine, ideally in the Boscombe or Charminster area.

He is 70 years old and has lived at my property for around 30 years. He has been an excellent tenant throughout that time and has never missed a rent payment.

Unfortunately, I am redeveloping the property, so I need to help him find a suitable new home. His rent is currently covered by the council, and I am happy to provide a landlord reference confirming his excellent 30-year tenancy and payment history.

Ideally, we are looking for a 1-bedroom flat in Boscombe, Charminster or the surrounding area.

🏠 **THAT’S A WRAP — GREEN ROAD COMPLETE!**

Today we completed on the **sale of the final house** at our Green Road development. 🔑

We started this project back in **May 2024**, so I definitely can’t say it was our quickest development! 😂 But we got there.

And the final sale is a special one.

The last house has been sold to **my brother and his girlfriend**, who are expecting their first baby in December. 👶🏠

It’s a great feeling knowing that after all the work that went into this development, the final house is helping them **get onto the property ladder and start the next chapter of their lives as a family.**

A **massive thank you to all the trades** who worked on this development from start to finish. 👏

Projects like this don’t happen without good people behind them. From the groundwork right through to the final finishing touches, everyone played their part in getting us over the line.

✅ Development complete
✅ All houses sold
✅ Money back in the bank
❌ Profit… already spent 😂

**May 2024 → October 2026. Job done.**
