Another wonderful hand over from the Summit Design.

We are pleased and very proud to have carried out 3 projects at the top class and world famous Burhill Golf Club in Surrey.
Set in the beautiful rolling hills of Surrey this private members club, is very exclusive.
The Club who boasts a host of celebrity and famous members was, amongst others, frequented by the famous Barnes Wallace of bouncing bomb fame.

Our works were centered in the 2 No kitchens, one for the meals and snacks for the membership and one serving the fine dining dinings rooms.
The Kitchen ventilation includes top quality D &D Fabrication canopies, Woods fans and Ansul by our partner Ventserve UK.
The Front of house Captains Bar comfort cooling and Kitchen cooling has been achieved using Fujitsu and Panasonic Air Conditioning.
We are hoping these projects will be the first of
many and wish Burhill GC all the success in the future.

The indoor Cigar Smoking scene continues to grow and Summit have now completed 4 top class venues.
The latest Lounge named Dominique’s is located in Pall Mall in the heart of London.
Summit Design were contracted by the Main Contractor, Own London Ltd to bring or experience and professionalism to Dominique’s who provide premium Ci**rs and whisky to the Mayfair clientele.
The HVAC design consists of a state of the Art Heat recovery ventilation system incorporating EMAQ standard Odour control to ensure no smell complaints are received.
Heating and cooling are provided by a Mitsubishi VRF system incorporating Ducted Fan Coil Units to ensure the aesthetics are maintained.
As the Humidors contain many thousands or pounds of Ci**rs these areas are kept at a constant 18 deg by the installation of 2 No Mitsubishi Mini VRF Ducted systems.
This venue will be an absolute cracker.

Summit Design continues to diversify and the latest cracking venue is a 35,000 sq ft Padel Centre located in Cardiff Bay. Padel is sweeping the country and we are please to join the craze.
Consisting of 8 Padel courts, which are heated and cooled using the high efficiency Fujitsu VRF Heat Pump condensers with averaging thermostatic sensing and outdoor optimization.
The Padel Court system is controlled by a Trend controller enabling the client to remote fault find and adjustment.

Also included is The Retail shop, Bar and Food and Beverage and Sauna areas are served by a Panasonic Heat Recovery VRF System.

Ventilation is provided by the Panasonic Heat Recovery units.
This development also has the groups first commercial kitchen serving hot food and snacks.

We are very proud to hand over on time and on budget the latest Padel installation in Cardiff. Comprising of 8 internal Padel Courts with Bar, Restaurant, and Retail.
Summit Design has utilized the latest VRF Heat Recovery system from Panasonic integrated with the high efficiency Heat Recovery ventilation units. This development also includes a sauna and cold plunge pools and changing/shower facilities. The bespoke Padel Court heating and cooling system is powered by a Fujitsu VRF condenser connected to a Trend controller to give the client off site fault indication. Our thanks to Padium for the order as wish them all the success for the future and look forward to the next exciting project.
