✨A pretty special workplace for the next few weeks

We’re incredibly proud to be carrying out the electrical inspection and testing at one of Boston’s most iconic landmarks — Boston Stump

This beautiful building will be our office for the next few weeks while we carefully carry out essential testing to help keep it safe for generations to come. A huge privilege to work inside such an important piece of local history.

REMINDER TO LANDLORDS! - give this post a SHARE

It’s time to check your EICR’s are all up to date on your rental properties. Back in 2020 new legislation came in requiring all rented properties to have an EICR meaning those certificates will need renewing this year as they need repeating every 5 years.

WHAT IS AN EICR?
An EICR is an in-depth inspection that detects problems and offers guidance on any remedial actio

WHO CAN CARRY OUT EICR’s?
Electrical Inspection & Condition Report must be done by a qualified electrician registered with a recognised scheme provider, such as NAPIT.

What does the NAPIT Certification Mark indicate?
The NAPIT Certification Mark indicates that a firm is recognised by government and industry as competent to carry out electrical installation work.
