🔨 Another roof rescued and completed — this time in Spalding.
This one was in desperate need of attention after a previous roofing contractor attempted a replacement that failed badly.
The problem? They tried to install a new roof directly onto old, deteriorated roof boards that should have been replaced. The result was poor workmanship, an uneven finish, and a roof that was never going to stand the test of time.
We stripped everything back, removed the failed work, replaced what needed replacing, and installed a new GRP fibreglass roof properly from the ground up.
The photos tell the story — their attempt versus the finished roof.
Unfortunately, we see this far too often. A roof is only as good as what's underneath it.

No fancy office.
No fleet of vans.

Just me and Ben.
