It’s always good to see a familiar site! 🏗️

We’re back in Nottinghamshire at a site we built nearly 15 years ago, carrying out a ventilation system upgrade to accommodate the farm’s change from naturally ventilated duck housing to powered ventilation for turkey production.

It’s great to return to a project we delivered all those years ago and see how the site has evolved over time.

✨ Downtown Grantham – Bathroom Facilities Refurbishment Complete!

We’re pleased to have recently completed the bathroom facilities refurbishment at Downtown Grantham, giving the facilities a fresh, modern finish.
The newly refurbished facilities now complement those at the sister store, Downtown Boston, creating a consistent look across both locations.
It’s always a pleasure to work with our long-standing, valued clients, and we’re proud to support independent local businesses with quality construction and refurbishment works.

🚧 Quadring Site Update!

Yesterday, the tarmac was laid at our Quadring development, bringing the site another step closer to completion.
Here’s a little sneak preview ahead of some exciting footage we’re hoping to share over the next week. 🎥
The site is looking really smart, and with the finishing touches coming together, we’re looking forward to sharing more of the completed development with you soon.

🏡 Progress Update – Stickney Development 🏡

The latest drone images, taken at the end of last week, really highlight just how much progress has been made since our last update!
We're excited to see the homes continuing to take shape, with kitchens and bathrooms now being fitted, bringing these beautiful properties one step closer to completion.

🚜 Groundworks are underway!

We're pleased to have commenced groundworks on two new poultry units in Nottinghamshire for a valued returning client.
Over the next 6–8 weeks, we'll be stabilising the site, laying stone and preparing everything ready for the bolt packs as the project continues to take shape.
We look forward to sharing further progress as the build develops.

Premium Topsoil Available – Ready for Collection

We have a quantity of high-quality tested topsoil available for sale from our Sutterton site.

Independent laboratory testing has confirmed that the material is:
• ✅ Suitable for domestic and commercial developments
• ✅ Classified as Multipurpose and Calcareous Topsoil
• ✅ Typical greenfield/arable land topsoil
• ✅ Free from visible contaminants
• ✅ No elevated levels of asbestos, metals or PAHs – suitable for residential and commercial use
• ✅ Classified as silty clay loam topsoil, making it ideal for landscaping, gardens, housing developments and general groundworks.
A small section of the site contained previously stored soil mixed with vegetation/hay, which has been identified and is excluded from the sale material.
Independent laboratory test reports are available on request.

📍 Ready for collection now, or we are happy to discuss delivery at a competitive rate, depending on the quantity required and location.

🚧 Making progress at our new premises! 🚧
A recent snapshot of our 25-tonne excavator in action, loading stone at a local farm ready for transportation to our new office premises.

This time it's Site Manager Sean who has picked up the keys to his new company van, ensuring he's fully equipped to keep our projects running smoothly and efficiently.
We're proud to continue investing in our team and expanding our fleet to support the high standards of service our clients expect.

🚜 Project Handover Complete 🐔

We're delighted to have handed over this new poultry unit to a returning valued customer in Lincolnshire.
The site is now fully operational and includes a new muck trailer shed together with an egg room extension to the existing poultry unit, providing improved facilities to support the farm's ongoing operations.
A huge thank you to all our subcontractors and everyone involved for their hard work and commitment in delivering another successful project on time.
It's always a pleasure to work with returning clients, and we wish them every success with their new facilities.
