🏗️ Stickney Development Update 🏡
Great progress continues to be made at our Stickney development!
✅ 2nd stage groundworks have now commenced on site.
✅ Plots 1 & 2 – Kitchens and Bathrooms have been installed, with second-fix works now underway.
✅ Plots 4, 5 & 6 – Dry lining and plastering stages are progressing well.
✅ Plots 3, 7, 8 & 9 – First-fix works are currently in progress.
It's fantastic to see all areas of the development moving forward, bringing these new homes another step closer to completion.

Nearly Ready for Handover

A fantastic site visit yesterday for a valued customer in Cambridgeshire to check completed works before this unit becomes operational next week.

There are just a couple of days remaining for electricians and plumbers to complete final works before full cleaning and disinfecting commences at the end of the week.

A great effort from all involved in delivering this project so far. 👏

⚽ A Proud Day for Our 5-A-Side Team ⚽
Our 5-a-side football team did us proud yesterday at the 5-a-Side Tournament held at the iconic Manchester United ground.
It was a brilliant day out and an amazing opportunity to play football at such a legendary venue, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Most importantly, the event was held in support of the fantastic Boparan Charitable Trust, a charity dedicated to changing the lives of disabled children through support, opportunities and life-enhancing experiences. We hope a huge amount of money was raised for this incredibly worthwhile cause.
Well done to everyone who took part and thank you to the organisers for putting on such a fantastic event.

📍 New Project Update – Lincolnshire
We’re pleased to share the start of a new project for a new client in Lincolnshire.
Groundworks are now well underway on a new 6-shed poultry farm development, with progress already taking shape on site.
✔️ Roadway entrance completed
✔️ Service ducts installed
✔️ Groundworks for the poultry units to commence over the next few weeks
Great to see the project getting underway, with drone shots capturing the scale of the development as it progresses.
More updates to follow as the build continues. 🚜

How exciting to receive these amazing aerial images from our estate agent this morning!

The site is really starting to take shape and is looking fantastic from above. It’s brilliant to see the progress as the development comes to life — with completion now just a few weeks away, everything is really coming together.

STEEL WORKS UNDERWAY – STAUNTON ON THE VALE

We’re making great progress in Staunton on the Vale, where we’re delivering a new poultry shed for a valued returning client.
The steel frame is now up and purlins are in, with side panels going on today as the structure continues to develop. Underlining cladding follows tomorrow, moving us another step closer to completion.
It’s great to see this project progressing so quickly — a real team effort on site.
Keep an eye out for more updates as we head towards first fix electrical works and the next stages of the build.

What a fantastic 2 days at the Pig & Poultry Fair!

The team had an incredibly busy and productive time — possibly our best show to date. We received a huge number of enquiries for new business and had a brilliant opportunity to catch up with both existing partners in the industry, new and existing clients.
A great couple of days all round, and a real credit to everyone involved. Thank you to all who stopped by to see us!
