🐔 Yorkshire Broiler Project Nears Completion

Works are nearing completion on our two broiler sheds in Yorkshire.
The internal floor to the first shed has now been concreted, with the second floor being completed this week.
Equipment suppliers are due to begin installation next week, before our team returns to complete the final works ahead of handover later this month.

Inspiring the next generation at Boston Grammar School

Yesterday, Chloe and Arlo had a fantastic day at the Boston Grammar School Careers Fayre, meeting students from Years 7–13.
It was great to speak with so many enthusiastic students, answer their questions and give them an insight into what we do at Clarke Group Construction, as well as the wide range of career opportunities available within the construction industry.
The students asked some really thoughtful and interesting questions, and we hope our conversations helped them discover career paths and opportunities they may not have considered before.
A big thank you to Boston Grammar School for inviting us and for organising such a well-run event. We really enjoyed being part of the day and supporting the next generation as they explore their future careers.

Steelwork Taking Shape in Nottinghamshire

Steel er****on on the pair of new sheds at our Nottinghamshire site is now complete, with the purlins and chimney pattress also in place.
Timber panels will be installed early this week, followed by the start of the cladding works.
Another step forward as the buildings continue to take shape.

Lincolnshire Site Progress from Above

Some fantastic drone footage showing the progress being made on site in Lincolnshire.
The remaining two roofs are due to be completed over the next week, while four internal floors are now complete and ventilation installation is underway.
Over the coming week, we’ll also begin the groundworks for the farm ancillary buildings, before moving on to the final two shed floor pours.
Great progress across the site as the project continues to take shape.

Nursery Frontage Refurbishment – Before & After

We’re pleased to have recently completed a refurbishment of the frontage at a local nursery for one of our valued clients.

The works have completely transformed the look of the nursery, creating a brighter, fresher and more welcoming entrance.

It’s great to see the difference the refurbishment has made, and we’re really pleased with the finished result.

🏗️ Steelwork Underway in Orston, Nottinghamshire

Steel er****on has now commenced on our site in Orston, Nottinghamshire, for a valued returning client.

The project includes the construction of two additional sheds on an existing farm, providing further space and capacity for the site.

Steelwork is due to be completed over the next few weeks, ahead of the timber panel and cladding works getting underway.

It’s great to be working with a returning client once again. 👷‍♂️

🏌️ The 33rd British Turkey Golf Day 🦃

Yesterday, Paul Clarke and Neil Chenery of Clarke Group Construction, alongside Jason Docherty from Aztec Controls and Paul Phillips from Phillips Brothers Woodshavings, took part in the 33rd British Turkey Golf Day at Belton Woods Hotel & Golf Club in Grantham.

The annual event brings people from across the industry together for a great day of golf, networking and, most importantly, to support the Peter Alliss Masters Golfing Society.

The charity raises funds to provide specialist powered wheelchairs for children with disabilities, helping to give children greater freedom, mobility and independence. Each chair is tailored to the individual child's needs, with the charity having provided well over 1,000 powered wheelchairs to children across the UK over the years.

It was fantastic to be part of an event that combines our industry with such a worthwhile cause.

🐔 Project Complete at Staunton

Yesterday marked our final day on site at Staunton, as we handed over the completed poultry building to our client.

The building is due to receive its final clean tomorrow, ready to go into full operation next week.

It’s been a pleasure working on this farm once again for a valued returning client, and we’re delighted to see another project completed and ready for use.

A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing the project together. 👷‍♂️
