Well it’s that time of year already, as we enter our 9th Summer of looking after our customers heating it’s time for us to start our reminder events to keep fire up your heating every now and then to prevent heating breakdowns come the winter switch on.

Most people forget about their heating when it’s nice and warm but we don’t click the event to get a reminder.

🔥 Central Heating Installation – Godalming 🔥

Another fantastic install completed by the team 👇

We recently carried out a full heating upgrade for a customer in Godalming, which included:

✅ Removal of the old hot water tank from the airing cupboard

✅ Installation of a brand new Vaillant unvented hot water cylinder in the garage

✅ New Vaillant boiler installation

✅ Replacement of radiators throughout the property

This was a full system transformation giving the home better pressure, improved efficiency, and reliable hot water and heating performance.

Massive credit to our installation team 👏

Led by our lead installer Grant, with Finlay, Alex, Carl, and electrician Carl delivering a smooth install from start to finish.

The system will now be maintained by our service team annually who will make sure all the installation not only performs now but for years to come.

And just as important our office team made the whole process easy, from booking the job right through to registering warranties and final handover ✅

The result? A system that performs exactly how it should and another happy customer.

Our engineers do lots of great hard work in our customers homes and we all get to see the great end products of their work, but there is another important part to our team that that takes our customers calls, often when they are in times of panic or even anxious to pick up the phone to speak to a plumber to try and explain their problem.

Myself and Emma work alongside Jo and we are so proud of the way Jo deals with our customers, a friendly voice at the end of the phone that genuinely wants to help and make the customers journey as easy as can be.

We could not ask for a better person to be on the end of the phone.

🚨 BIG THINGS HAPPENING FOR OUR FUTURE ENGINEERS DAY 🚨

We’ve been working hard this week to make this event the best it can be for local young people looking to get into the trades. 👷‍♂️🔧🔥

We’re excited to share:

✅ The council have reached out to arrange a meeting and discuss funding support available for apprenticeships – giving attendees valuable information they can take to future employers.

✅ John from Hampshire Training & Assessments has kindly offered to partner with us on the day to chat with young people, explain training routes, courses available, and share his experience of helping people into the industry and you get to see the training centre John and his team have developed.

✅ We also have an exciting meeting with a major UK trade supplier as we work to help get candidate names in front of local merchants and potential employers.

This is a FREE community event created to support local young people who want to build a future in the trades. We want to help with:
