We've been busy over the Easter holidays replacing four emergency exit doors on a school sports hall.
The old wooden doors had come to the end of their life, the panic hardware was no longer compliant with modern standards and the panels required on the back were reducing the opening width of the fire escape.
We sourced four new Defender Safeguard double-leaf steel hinged doorsets from Metador, complete with panic hardware meeting BSEN 1125 and rebound panels to ensure the internal surface remains hazard free for the hall users.
We moved the doors forward so that they can open all the way back against the wall providing maximum clear opening width in the event of an emergency.

We recently replaced these old narrow uPVC French Doors on a shop entrance with this new aluminium commercial front door. The larger glass area gives much more light and the wider single opening door allows easier access for all users.

Sunny day working at a hotel on the South Coast.
This old aluminium staff entrance door had certainly seen better days.
We replaced the whole doors and frame with a new set of aluminum doors in anthracite grey from Record UK.

It was our pleasure to supply and fit a new commercial aluminium door for Alton Football Club yesterday. Choosing the right type of door is very important it's not just about how it looks (although we think it looks great) it is also about functionality, and safety. This single door is perfect for wheelchair access and being a commercial door means it will have higher more long lasting performance. With the iLOQ locking system added for security it doesn't only look stylish but will provide the flexible security and access needed. We are so pleased we could get this fitted in time for the charity event for Treloars hosted by Exclusive Networks.

We upgraded old wooden fire escape doors on a unit to much more robust Commercial steel double fire exit doors. The doors were matched in colour to the doors on adjascent units.
