A recent EICR remedial job we carried out locally for a new customer;
This consisted of a new consumer unit, new bathroom fan, new bulkheads fitted to replace cracked light fittings and finally and new towel rails that was no longer heating.
All items replaced to meet a satisfactory standard to pass the property for the landlord.

Another happy customer with an oven repair, wether your oven isn’t heating as well or at all we can get them fixed providing the parts are available. This one was barely 1 year old however the supplier wouldn’t warrant the faulty unit. We replaced the heating element and the fan motor to bring it back to its original heating state.

Instead of buying new get in contact with us to see if we can repair it for the fraction of the cost of replacing it.

Let’s talk spot lights, a lot of customers that we provide services for are unaware of regulations on what types of spot lights meet requirements.
Fire rated spotlights with visible markings on the unit are the only type that we provide and warrant when installed.

These lights were changed due to no visible markings on the units which did not meet requirements. A total of 40 lights were replaced for this customer which kept everything like for like within the property.

Be safe and most of all make sure your fixtures adhere to regulations.
