Remove existing tongue and groove flooring and timbers underneath.
Replace with new treated timber and new tongue and groove flooring.
Make and fit new skirting boards to match existing.
Build trap door in carpet area for maintenance.
All ready to be stained to match existing and for new carpet to be fitted.
