2 Large size extensions recently completed - one from a large footprint single storey dwelling into a modern 2 storey 5 bedroom plus existing double garage and lots of ancillary spaces, a large project recently approved in Prestbury.

Another in hyde, double storey rear extension, added lots of space upstairs from 4 bed to 5 bed, 1 ground floor and extended en suite bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs a large open plan kitchen/dining space and new utility room, creating lot of additional living space for this client. We went through a few different designs before settling on this optimised design.

We've been working on a few projects last couple of months, dormer loft conversions, single and double storey extensions, new build plot, and another couple of extensions for repeat/former clients who get in touch when they have a new project.

I work with builders and engineers who recommend me and I give clients their details for quotes for their projects. I only recommend people I trust and have worked with.

Roll on colder winter months and get your project booked in be it a small extension/conversion or new build development. Cover northwest or remotely. We also do planning statements, design access, and other documents to support planning applications.

On site this week for a nice client in Hyde, discussing a rear double storey rear extension for this lovely detached property, adding an extra bedroom and extending upstairs, while creating a downstairs guest bedroom at the back creating a double height glass space, while maintaining an outlook to the garden, lots to work with here with the levels to make best use of space 👍 follow for updates

Planning approved for these 2no dwellings in Bolton, drawings done to keep most of existing but have exterior improvements, windows, render, external insulation, to produce 2 quality modern dwellings which the client can sell one and live in one, raising the value of them and improving the layouts and making most of the space inside with an extra bedroom each 👍 if you have similar projects please get in touch

🎉🟪We were delighted to have been a winner of the DCMS 3 Create Growth competition for small creative companies within Greater Manchester. 🟪 🎉

My project was to develop an innovative Parkour Park in Bolton, as designers and project manager, with the council and contractors to get innovative parks designed and built in the local area. They will serve the local community to get more people active and into sports, while lessening environmental impact by using innovative materials and production techniques.

We are glad to have receive this funding which will help us strive to create aesthetic functional public spaces.

It's busy season, I've been doing some small extension projects and altering some new builds for clients, and helping submit applications, dealing with council planning departments, not an easy task by any means, but we do try our best to get an approval and a design the client likes, approved by council, while being cost conscious when it's passed onto builders.
