Recently completed Re-pointing job in Bolton. All ground & replaced with new mix. Back in a wk or 2 to replace all wiring.

Large reslate completed over in Monton, numerous issues from poor quality slate & rotted timbers. All removed & replaced with new tantalised timbers & Matt Black Upvc facia/soffits. Velux windows installed along with sun tunnels for better lighting on internal staircase. All damaged slate replaced, new dry ridge & a heck of a lot of new code 4 lead installed.

EPDM rubber completed this wk, ongoing issues with an old dorma roof leaking in. Stripped off installing new pitch allowing natural flow away from the property & finished off with new gutter to match downstairs.

Completed this wk, client having issues with back gutter on the chimney. Completely removed & replaced with new, all Code 4 gutter & flashings. Chimney ground out & re-pointed to finish.

Completed recently, Nursing home in Bolton who’d been previously done over. Done once but wrong gauge used & poorly fitted causing numerous leaks & ingress. All stripped off & done properly. New lead valleys installed & then completed with new dry ridge system for a maintenance free future.

Completely this wk, full strip & re-roof. Completed with dry hips & ridge with block end finish, graded baton & shark fin bonding gutters. Thanks for looking maybe give us a like & even share it 🥰

Small one today, poor quality cladding had been dislodged due to weather conditions. All removed & replaced with a better quality Shiplap cladding. All secured & waste removed. Any work undertaken, send us a message if you need any assistance.

Refit from last wk. All old timbers & gutter removed with new Rosewood facia & white soffits with brown squareline gutter & down pipes. Roof vents installed with new dry verge to complete.

Completed this wk, stripped off & all reset as should be. Many broken slate all replaced & soil pipe removed as no longer in use. Front completed, no more issues. All your roofing issues can be resolved.
