Choosing a charger is one thing. Installing it compliantly is another, and it is where the details matter.

The Tesla Wall Connector is a great unit if you like the Tesla ecosystem. It works smoothly with the Tesla app and lets you set overnight charging around your cheaper rates.

One thing worth knowing: unlike some units, it does not come with open PEN protection built in. That means your consumer unit needs to provide that protection for the installation to be electrically compliant.

It is a small point, but getting it right is exactly the sort of thing we check before any work begins.
