A great day was had at the More Radio Mid Sussex Conference and Business Awards at Hickstead All England Show Ground yesterday. Lots of new connections made and some positive conversations surrounding business in the local area.

If you are considering your security, please do get in touch - Whether it is a lovely new set of gates, or an existing pair that need a little TLC... A set that need a repair or an upgrade, or perhaps some additional CCTV or Access Control, we'd be happy to help.

We offer free site surveys and no obligation quotations so there really is nothing to lose! [email protected]

What a lovely bit of feedback received this afternoon, and a great way for the team to start the week on a high

'I just had the necessity to contact your company after my entry fob stopped working, I would like to commend Jayne Clowes, whom I dealt with, for being so efficient and responsive to my concerns'

Great customer service is at the forefront of everything we do, and it really means a lot when we know it hasn't gone unnoticed

'Thank you very much for your email and for taking the time to explain everything so clearly - also for dealing with this enquiry so promptly. Jake was particularly helpful yesterday and took the time to explain everything, which I really appreciated...
I appreciate your honesty in explaining the pros and cons of each option rather than simply recommending the most expensive solution. That gave me a great deal of confidence in your advice'

This fantastic bit of feedback came in from a new customer, who called us yesterday after we were recommended by an existing client. From their initial phone call yesterday morning, we had a surveyor on site at 3pm yesterday afternoon and the quote was sent before 9am today. We're beyond happy the customer feels we have been so helpful and can't wait to get the works completed as soon as possible.

Everyone loves a 'Before and After' shot, and this one is particularly impressive! A simple set of aluminium manual swing gates with sloped bottom rail and a matching pedestrian gate installed to fit within existing brickwork. They replaced an old worn set of gates, and the difference it has made the the property aesthetics is incredible!

It's not all gates and barriers at Frontline Automation - Did you know we can also help you with roller shutters? This is a lovely pair of roller shutters we recently installed, powder coated to the customers choice of 'Emerald Green' to fit in with the surroundings.

Limited ceiling height doesn't mean you can't have a vehicle barrier. Here we have a recent installation of this Maxima Barrier c/w Articulated Boom and Boom Lights for added visibility. Space and Height were both at an all time premium on this site, but with exact measurements, we managed to finish with the result the client desired. Maximum opening achieved, without the high price tag.

Feedback Friday! We absolutely love feedback, and even more so when it is as lovely as this statement received today: 'you guys have been very responsive so far and it’s impressive to experience'

This follows an enquiry from a new customer this week who we assisted in our usual quick and efficient manner. We're glad to have helped, and really pleased we could get it all sorted so quickly for them
