🌟🌟Here’s another weekly snapshot of one of our current projects - it’s really beginning to take shape now ! Our owner Jamie is throughly enjoying the construction of the stone faced wall ! 🌟🌟

Thinking of having some building work done ? Get in touch and secure your space for 2027 - we are now fully booked up for this year.

Remember : ✅

Always check a builders credentials,

Are they a member of an approved body such as the Federation of Master Builders ?

Can they provide references ?

If they can do the work next week - why ? A good reputable builder will usually not have immediate availability and will be booking jobs in months ahead !

What a difference a couple of weeks can make !

Concrete slab ✅
Foundations ✅
Timber Frame up ✅

Plus we have started to build the new boundary which is going to be a beautiful curved stone faced wall.

Next stage is roof on and making the building water tight.

We are throughly enjoying this project and transforming the space for our clients who are an absolute pleasure to work for ☺️

We believe it is so important to show our projects along the way - we work closely with building control, structural engineers and architects to ensure projects are signed off at the right stages and meet all building standards and regulations.

So whilst we may have been quiet on here for a while we have been busy busy completing different projects. However we wanted to start to share one of our current projects as we move through the different stages of the build.

We love to share these stages as it helps our customers to see and understand what is involved - especially important if you are thinking of undertaking a project ☺️

This project involves the removal of the existing conservatory and the building of an extension which will have a sun room, office, downstairs bathroom, utility room and kitchen ! This is going to be another epic transformation!

Stage one is now completed - demolition of conservatory ✅ foundations dug ✅ foundations poured ✅ block work started ✅

Whilst these pictures may not look like much this part of the build is one of the most important as the foundations must be right to ensure a safe and stable construction. Often no one sees this stage and all the work that goes in as it is hidden underground.
