Proarb Limited is looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
💷 Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience
🕣 Full Time - 40 hrs per week 08:30 to 17:00
📍 Location: Bodelwyddan (office-based)

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Answering calls and emails
✅ Booking and scheduling jobs
✅ Preparing quotes
✅ General office administration
✅ Liaising with employees, customers and suppliers
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Previous admin or office experience
✔️ Good organisational and communication skills
✔️ Confident using Microsoft Office - Excel
✔️ A proactive, can-do attitude
