The Thistle Windows Academy provides real opportunities for young people to obtain valuable skills and experience in addition to securing a rewarding, long-term career with a guaranteed permanent position following completion of our training programme.

Comprehensive training will be provided and candidates will have the opportunity to gain a range of internal and external formal qualifications.

In addition to training at our facility in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, candidates will be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide and support them through practical on the job training.

Training lasts between 36-48 months and all candidates who successfully complete our full training programme will be offered a permanent position as a fully-qualified member of our installation team.

We are still open over the lockdown for essential works. We are also still providing free quotes for works including BOILER REPLACEMENTS we normally supply and install Baxi, Ideal and worcester bosch boilers but can quote other brands.

We are also doing essential landlord safety certificate checks and boiler services

Okayyyyy...so here it is....

As we have had a year that would probably make living in Mordor seem fun, let’s bring a bit of light and fun back.

We are running a competition to find the best, most Christmassy decorated house. If you have a lovely, happy, Christmassy display festooned across your house...please send us a photo to enter.

Once we have a good selection of entrants, we will get a group of judges together and crown one of you, the best dressed house in Boddam/Stirling Village and surrounds. I don’t know about you, but this is a pretty big deal! 😉

To top this off, we have a fabulous hamper of sweets for the winner, so basically, don’t do it for yourself, do it for the children!!!!
