Another kitchen transformation completed by ZED Developments Ltd 🔨🏠

This one involved much more than just replacing the kitchen. We removed the existing wall to completely open up the space, creating a much larger and more practical kitchen area.

The project included the structural alterations, new kitchen installation, electrical and plumbing works, plastering, tiling, lighting and herringbone flooring — taking the job right through from strip-out to the finished result.

A massive difference from where it started 👌

What a transformation on this one 👌

From a dated, closed-off kitchen and dining area to a completely transformed open-plan kitchen and family space.

There was a lot more involved here than just fitting a new kitchen. We carried out the full transformation from start to finish, including:

🔨 Wall removal & structural steelwork
⚡ Full electrical works
🏠 New doors & windows
🔥 New radiators
🧱 Full plastering
🍽️ Complete kitchen installation
🪵 New flooring throughout

The difference opening up the original layout has made is massive — creating a much brighter, more spacious and practical heart of the home.

Another great example of what can be achieved by reworking the space you already have.

🏗️ Big steel delivery on one of our renovation projects in Tynemouth!

A big milestone on this job, with the structural steelwork delivered and craned into position ready for the next stage of the renovation.

There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes with structural alterations like this, but once the steels start going in, you can really see the new space beginning to take shape.

Plenty more progress to come on this one 👌
