What a frantic couple of weeks we have had.

There has been many late nights. We have been busy fitting new hobs for customers. We have installed combi boilers and done a couple of system to combi conversations. We have carried out a good few power flushes for customer.

While carrying out a boiler service we noticed that the customers gas hob wasn’t right. One burner looked like a bonfire with flames coming up around the pot and yellow like the sun. It had been like this for years 😳

After a conversation with the customer advising that the hob was unsafe she decided to let us install a new one for her.

Today we had a job in Hamilton for a customer who had no heating or hot water, boiler wouldn’t run and kept locking out.

Customers central heating rubber hoses within the boiler were completely blocked causing the boiler to overheat as it couldn’t circulate the water. This also caused the hot water plate heat exchanger to become blocked and require replacing.

Customer had the boiler serviced every year without fail with a well known company who never cleaned the condensate trap, never checked the hoses, never checked the vertical flue going up through the loft that only had 1 bracket when it should have had 3 just to name a few faults but there was lots more.

This has to be the worst I have ever seen. Parts replaced and boiler has a new lease of life and customer has heating and hot water again.

Out with the old and in with the new sleek modern. 🔨🔧🔩🧰

Firstly we want to apologies for not keeping our Facebook up to date as promised, the last 6 months have been busy with work and family life but we will try our best to make it happen this year.

New year means new van, the old workhorse was just too small for the expanding business so we purchased a new van last Saturday to give us more room to pick up more materials for customers jobs, carry more equipment and in some cases take away materials such as radiators etc.

However not even a week old and only 145 miles on the clock from new and someone decided they didn’t like the back light 🤬🤬 so not even a week old and £198 later for a new light from main dealer we are back on the road.
