G H James Cyf is a family run company, established in 1985 and has been trading as a limited company since 2001. James and his wife, Ann W. James are the directors and take an active part in the running of the company. G H James prides itself on recruiting and being a supporter of providing employment to, and developing the skills base of local people. Approximately 80% of it's current workforce live within a 20 mile radius of the office in Trawsfynydd. All of the Company's current site based workforce and sub-contractors have CSCS site safety certification. All plant operators have current CPCS certification to operate the relevant plant and machinery. Vast majority of the staff have years of experience in the construction industry. G H James Cyf offers continuous employment to suitable qualified people with good work ethic. We have a targeted training programme which ensures that our employees complete work in a safe and productive manner. At G H James Cyf, we are committed to completing work in a safe manner to the highest standard possible, working within Health & Safety legislations, environmental constraints and geographical restrictions.
